YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO ENTER PAYMENT INFORMATION. YOUR FOOD TOTAL (INCLUDING ALL THE ADDITIONAL ITEMS YOU ORDER) WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOUR GROUP AT THE END OF YOUR WEEK AT THE CITY OF CHILDREN - YOU DO NOT PAY NOW.

Anything that is not an item in the inventory you can enter under “ADDITIONAL INFORMATION” AFTER you start the checkout process. The inventory is not meant to be all-inclusive - it simply includes the staples & commonly requested items - for next year, we can add other items that seem to be ordered frequently this year.

KEY THINGS TO NOTE:

• Products & images are examples - exact product type or brand will vary based upon availability. Most of our purchases are made at Costco, Sams or Smart & Final. (Sometimes sizes carried by the store changes - so if you order a box of 60 fruit snacks and the size at the store is 45 - we will make adjustments to provide what you ordered).

  • We have provided photos to give you a product reference – but it may not be the exact same brand you receive – supplies vary here, sometimes items we can usually get at Costco we have to purchase somewhere else, and we often try to purchase the cheaper product. If you have a strong preference for a particular brand you are welcome to note it & we will do our best to accommodate you.

• We list the items in the size/volume we typically purchase them in – you are welcome to notate that you want a smaller size/volume & we will adjust.

• Unless there is a very significant variance in a product price requiring us to reevaluate a charge – we are choosing to simplify the process by setting the prices for those products included in the ordering system. The exception to this will be most produce & fresh meat items since those costs are so variable.

• If there are any items not in our store, please list them in “Additional Information” section after you begin the check out process. Please include the quantity - preferably in the number of containers you want - because there are often multiple sizes of containers for products.
